ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT-PANCAKES ADMISSION ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT-PANCAKES (ticketed event) $15 Adults (12-64 years old) ABOUT We are planning on having many great Artists and Crafters on site. There will be two stages, with many local musicians performing and various groups presenting information about their organization and how people might join them. The Ft. McIntosh Garrison will be presenting live re-enactment of Revolutionary War soldiers with a camp site and live demonstration involving muskets and the cannon. The Civil War re-enactment will also be hosted with live demonstration involving muskets. We will also be hosting a petting zoo for children and other activities for children of all ages. As always, we will be providing various sweets at our cotton candy and popcorn shop. The process utilizes to make these products includes real maple syrup for those products. We will also be offering maple candy for sale, provided by Milroy Farms and Rosalind Candy Castle. The pancake meal is offered as all you can eat pancakes, this includes buckwheat, traditional, buttermilk, as well as gluten-free pancakes. Individuals will receive a side order of sausage and a drink. Additional items may be purchased if individuals wish for more. For those interested in seeing how milling operations are conducted, the Beaver & Butler Farm Bureau coordinates the use of a tractor to power the milling operations. Demonstrations include mailing of buckwheat, wheat, and cracked corn We will be working with the local Scouts in requesting donations to support their efforts in “Scouting for Food.” We are requesting non-perishable food items, as well as pet food to be brought to the festival and a collection point will be established at the walking bridge where passengers will be dropped off by the various shuttles. This is all possible through generous support by the Beaver County Commissioners, Beaver County Recreation and Tourism, Beaver County Department of Public Works, Beaver County Sheriff’s Office, Brighton Township Police Department, Frye Transportation, Legend Riders of Beaver County, “Scouting America”, Beaver Valley & Frontier Districts, Laurel Highlands Council. This festival is supported by the numerous community organizations which support through their volunteer efforts. Pets are prohibited, although service animals are permitted on Festival grounds (for additional information about service animals, see the National Archives, Code of Regulations, Title 28, Chapter 1, Part 35, Subpart B, § 35.136). Also, alcohol consumption is NOT permitted within the festival grounds. |
